The description was vague, as it didn’t say the room was directly “on the road,” which made it noisy. We could hear passers‑by talking. Darkening curtains would be a plus.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice. We had specifically booked a ground‑floor room because the upper levels were stairs, but when we arrived we were told we had been moved to an upper floor. The room change was an issue.

The place is in a fantastic spot, and Camille was very friendly and attentive, offering us great tips for fine dining; the accommodation feels warm and personal. The only downside was that our room was on the top floor with steep stairs, which is only suitable for people who can walk well.
