I was very satisfied, everything was far better than expected; the room was extremely spacious, well equipped, clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Every staff member was very friendly, helpful, and smiling. I would highlight Kartikeya, who was always available whenever I needed assistance, and I also want to mention Creetisha and Kushi from the Ocean Bar, who were also very good and helpful. I’m sure I’ll come back. This was not like that; everything was super :)

The Wi‑Fi was almost nonexistent, and there was no place to sit in the evening with my wife to relax. The waterpark didn’t provide towels; when I asked, they told me to bring my own. The food was the same every day, and after 15:00 there was no food available—if I needed to eat between 15:00 and 19:00 I had to call reception and wait about an hour for inexpensive food.

Crystals Beach Resort offers an excellent beachfront setting with stunning ocean views, and waking up at dawn to a phenomenal sunrise was unforgettable. The resort feels very calm and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind, especially if you enjoy being close to the sea and beautiful natural scenery. However, it can feel a little crowded, with many children around that make some areas noticeably noisier and less serene. For those seeking a truly quiet retreat, this can be distracting. The resort could also focus more on finer details and overall maintenance of the building, and the shower water was not particularly warm at night, which was a bit disappointing.

You don’t have to leave the hotel for activities; they offer many complimentary ones and the staff is friendly and kind, especially Dhishina. The hot water didn’t come out in the mornings, and I’m not sure why.
