Friendly family run enviroment . spotless clean . staff go above & beyond. 3rd year to stay there . nothing I didnt like . for value for money and a central location its perfect

There was no breakfast on site, but a short 15‑minute walk led to decent breakfast spots; the beach was 15‑20 minutes away, and a night market was a 10‑minute walk; the pool was nice and the room was clean, though it had a slight smoke smell and the toilet made random noises; the hotel was a bit farther out than others, but still acceptable.

The staff were a perfect 10/10, and the fresh linens squeaked with cleanliness; we got daily housekeeping, water, tea, and coffee, and the ground floor always offered tasty tea with cookies. The air‑conditioning earned a 10/10, and the pool was nice with loungers and tables where we could enjoy dinner. Rooms with balconies faced the pool and were quiet, while those without balconies faced the road. It’s a 15‑minute walk down a slope to the beach, and heading out at 6–7 am gives a lovely early‑morning stroll through still‑cool Phuket. I left a bit too early.
