The main highlight of this place is its excellent location; all cafés, shops, and entertainment spots are nearby. In the hotel you feel like you’re in a large garden. However, the room had a lot of ants, so disinfection was needed.

The grounds are beautiful, but the line at reception when checking in was almost an hour long, leaving everyone exhausted. The biggest issue was the misleading location; the hotel is much farther from the sea than the map suggests.
Nothing really stood out as good, and we were travelling around the island with this being our fourth and final stop, hoping to relax by the sea for the last four days. To our surprise the address given for the hotel didn’t match the actual location, and it wasn’t on the beachfront – we had to walk past a jumble of shops and cafés, cross a road and end up at a public beach where sirens blew at 18:00, forcing us off the sand. We then tried the pool, only to find it closed at 18:00 and were rudely ushered out, being told another pool only operated until 8 or 9 am and was packed with guests, making it impossible to find a lounge chair. The rooms were old and worn, and overall we didn’t like anything.
We had a nice room with pool and sea view and a large balcony. This category is highly recommended because you can retreat with a beautiful view. The loungers by the pool and beach were often occupied even before breakfast, which is unfortunate. The staff could intervene a bit more, but that’s a global issue. The pool and beach are great, everything is clean and well‑maintained. The beach is about a 5‑minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right around the corner. For trips or to leave Yalong Bay you need a Didi. Many scooter rentals are available, but no bicycles. The fitness studio is a bit dated, yet you can work out your muscles there. Tourism in this part of the island is very geared toward Russian tourists. The room was clean and spacious. We were very satisfied with our choice.
“Нужна полная реставрация отеля, с заменой персонала”
The location was great, yet we were assigned a basement room with a balcony overlooking a parking lot where cars were parked just two meters away, letting exhaust fumes drift in. We booked a room with a bathtub, but none was present. The room was dark, damp, with sticky, visibly dirty floors, peeling paint, old furniture, mold in the toilet corners, ants in the bed, and the air conditioner barely worked, blowing hot air. The staff had no grasp of English; we had to call reception three times to get their attention. Breakfast was dirty, the food selection sparse, and the coffee machine looked unwashed for years. We first requested a room change, but after seeing the breakfast, we decided to take our money back and move on. Getting our cash back was a long process even though we paid in cash, and we finally left the place relieved. If you think this is just a harsh critic, I’ve traveled extensively and see the difference. Booking my vacation three months ahead, I expected to jump straight into holiday mode, but your hotel ruined that.
