“Prima”
The towels and bathrobes were plenty, and the minibar drinks were refilled for free (though that might depend on the room type). The terrace is fantastic with a great view, and the drink prices are reasonable. I booked a junior suite (room 501) but the view was awful—just a wooden shed. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel offers beautiful vistas; they should have mentioned this or adjusted the price. When I checked out they didn’t ask for feedback, so I brought it up, and the lady agreed I was right—the price didn’t match the room. There was nothing else to do about it. The exterior door to the terrace is awkward and hard to open, and a half‑empty water bottle in an otherwise well‑stocked minibar doesn’t feel fresh.
