I had to wait about 40 minutes for the valet, but the staff were very courteous and apologized for the delay.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly, and it’s within walking distance of the superdome; the room felt a bit warm and the AC didn’t seem to blow cool air, but it was manageable once the sun set.

Everything was AMAZING!! The location and the fantastic staff from the doormen to the housekeepers. Ms. Shawna (lobby tech) was especially memorable; my husband and I chatted with her for so long it felt like we’d known her for years.
