“LIA was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.”
The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable and right next to the places we wanted to visit; the breakfast food was excellent, and overall everything was good—nothing I would change.

The place was clean and comfortable, and having a lounge where we could meet guests from outside was great; the space in front of the entrance counter was wide, with comfortable sofas, a water dispenser, a toilet, and other facilities, so we could wait for the car with our large luggage, let the driver use the bathroom, and it all felt well thought out. The staff were very friendly and gladly helped with moving luggage in and out. However, because I had requested several options, I felt uneasy when a different staff member needed to reconfirm them; calling the front desk when no one was there required a mobile phone, and I couldn't reach the daytime staff, but when I called the general brochure number, someone answered immediately, which was good.
