The hotel is a great concept and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast facility is too small to handle the number of residents and results in you having to wait for a table

Great stay! staff were friendly, the place was really central and the space was great if you are on a work trip or solo travel, a real community feel with free snacks and water etc. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. overall a solid stay! We even got a little note with Pastel de nata's as a welcome! great place. Nothing!

Nice location and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the room was quiet despite its location. Lack of bedside table on one side. This is a hotel! Rooms should have Iron and iron boards, at least when they are requested. It was not acceptable to go to the 'laundry Room' to iron a pair of shorts!

The service was outstanding. Friendly people (mostly young women), very accommodating (for example, letting me leave baggage for a couple of hours at hotel after checking out), and managing to remain cheerful at all times. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good—lots of variety, high quality, and great service. I would come back here without a second thought!. All good
