How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The location was fine. The room was dusty and not ready even though we checked in late; the bathrooms were disgusting, water pooled on the floor and had to be mopped after every shower. Terrible experience—never again.

“This is not a hotel, this is a moderately upgraded hostel”

The location is good, the breakfast is just marginally adequate, the laundry and ironing service is excellent, and the staff are polite and accommodating. The bathroom hygiene was poor (ants on the wall, a filthy bidet attachment), the air‑conditioning ran loudly and continuously, the reception staff spoke little English, and the hotel only accepts cash.
