“The entire property and staff was just OK”
The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaner than dirty, and access was easy, but the outdoor areas were dirty and wet, towels were left on the carpet, and housekeeping was not reachable.
“friendly”
The place was clean and there were no complaints.
The room was spotless, but everything else was a problem.
Everything was perfect.
The rooms were spacious, tidy, and pleasant, and the outdoor pool was nice, but the price was too high, especially for a motel that attracts many business travelers.
