“Week end a Sanremo . Struttura perfetta per posizione pulizia e cortesia”
Clean and centrally located. No issues.
They made a mistake but fixed it quickly and upgraded us to the center.
The place is quiet as long as there aren't any other tourists in the next room. It was clean and the facilities were normal - both cold and hot water running, a comfy double bed. There is a small bottle of water in the small fridge and some snacks for when you arrive. The location is good: It's located quite close to the center and not very far from the train station. Overall, the stay was good, we had a good night sleep. Regarding quietness: When a new tourist came, we heard the noise from all the doors being opened. Probably we would have heard the tourist speaking through the walls, but fortunately he/she didn't talk at that late hour in the night. Though the room had a small fridge, it was quite useless. You could only fit small bottles and for food it wasn't cold enough. There was no WiFi even though in the description of the room this option appeared. I asked about it through a message, but I didn't get a reply. You have to be careful with the check-in: it is at 5pm. I talked with the owner and they told me to come at 2pm. Unfortunately, there was a delay, so we actually entered the room close to 3 pm. It wasn't that bad, as we went to the supermarket to get some water, but we did have luggage with us that was a bit heavy. Another issue is with the doors. The door to the room has a mechanism that didn't work from the beginning(or I couldn't figure it out at that time). It has a handle that needs to be put in a vertical position and then you can use the key to lock. Another door that has issues is the front door from the whole building. You need to push a red button to open the door, but it took several tries to access it. It wouldn't open. Funnily enough, on the day of our departure it was the worst: I think we pushed that button 10 times before it opened the door. This issue should be discussed by the owner with the admin building, though.the owner of the apartment doesn't have any direct fault on this one
Hair everywhere, even right at the entrance to the bathroom…
The room is minimalist and well decorated, feels clean and new, and the bathroom is impeccable. It was hard to reach someone on the phone, and the room door was a bit tricky.
