“The Staff was totally unmannered i was asking for a bill but no one provided. TV was not in running.”

“Please don’t book this, look for Air Bnbs much better alternative in udaipur”

We booked two rooms that ended up in separate hotels with the same name, about 50 meters apart. When I asked to be moved into the same room, they immediately said no and wouldn’t compensate for the inconvenience. When I entered one of the rooms, a rotten smell hit me right away, and the front‑desk girl told me it was our air fresheners, which start to smell bad when the doors are closed.

The room was filthy, with hair on the bedsheets and pillows, and coconut oil condoms found under the TV table; the bathroom and toilet paper were also dirty. There were no towels or a dental kit, and the extra pillow for the extra bed was missing. The service was nonexistent, making it the worst experience ever.
