A real gem. Carlotta was a fantastic host who gave us great tips for exploring Elba. The place is perfectly situated, just a short walk to the beach and town centre, and a free parking spot is also easy to reach. The rooms are lovingly decorated, and the breakfast covers everything you need. We were very satisfied and would come back anytime. Thank you!

Great location, a large room with a very spacious bathroom, a little terrace with a towel rack. TV and free Wi‑Fi. Everything is always clean. Good breakfast in the morning, with sweet and savoury options, and you can also have it outside on the terrace. The owner is very helpful and super kind. Unfortunately the property has no private parking, and the free parking spots are always full. Our room had separate beds that the lady combined into a double, but the mattresses didn’t match and there was a bump in the middle. The same mattresses were a bit old and not very comfortable. That’s the only flaw in our stay, in my opinion.
