“Improving services, building customer loyalty”
The location is good and there’s a rack for wet clothes; one staff member named Ian was courteous and apologized when guests were inconvenienced or expectations weren’t met. However, no staff or signage directed guests upon entry to the resort, so we had to search 100 mtrs from the entrance; a staff member hesitated to turn on the AC in our rooms 15 min before check‑in, the AC was noisy, the bidet was defective, and the floor in the rooms seemed not cleaned properly when we checked in—we had to borrow a broom to sweep sand off the floor. The toilet bowl in room 8 wasn’t working or flushing, and nobody attended to screaming kids in the pool after 11 pm, disturbing other guests. The place feels understaffed.
