The hotel/resort is a short walk from the centre of Naama Bay, decent quality for the price paid. I would give 10 to the staff, always ready to help and solve any problems, especially the housekeeping and dining teams (I don’t remember all their names). All staff were polite, patient and professional. The food selection is decent, we always found something we liked. The grounds are well maintained, the resort’s smaller size means it’s never too crowded. Kids can wander around by themselves without getting lost and feel safe. I’d love to go back again. Outside was beautiful but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use refurbishing; it would make a great difference.

The stay was wonderful, with a great location; Amir and Shanouda took excellent care of us, and the buffet chef’s dishes were so good we kept returning each night – we’ll definitely come back. The shower, however, was really small.
