The staff were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay, making us feel safe and well looked after, which truly mattered. We genuinely appreciated the level of hospitality. The main issue was the room’s size: it’s quite small, and with two people and luggage, moving around becomes difficult. A two‑night stay was tolerable, but a longer stay would benefit from more space to feel comfortable.

The room was very clean and quiet, yet it’s too small and the ensuite shower is barely adequate—only suitable for slender people. The shower itself is also too small.

There was no breakfast as promised, and I never liked anything besides the security fence. The showers were too small to move or turn around, especially for children.

I like the attendance to the reception. I dont like their beds they are too high even we were using the chair to climb on the bed there is no enough space to the room
