“Good location, poor quality of facility”
The location is good and easy to get to. The building looks like it needs a major renovation; it feels like the 1960s.
The staff were very kind. We had a long journey from Romania and they waited for us until we arrived. The room was excellent and we slept very well. Hope to return! Thank you very much for everything.
The receptionist was friendly and immediately found us another hotel because the elevator was broken and one of us had knee problems. We did not stay there.
The hotel is basic but located near the Canal of Corinto, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom should be renovated.
“Dormire in un Museo degli anni 70”
We chose this hotel to break up the trip from Piraeus to Igoumenitsa. It was a pleasant surprise, a real alternative museum: wallpaper, furniture, accessories, flooring, walls and tiles are all original from the 60s‑70s, so places like this deserve appreciation. The management is family‑run; the father and son were very kind and available (you can even arrive outside hours and they’ll open the door and check you in in minutes). The rooms are clean, with fresh sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable, and the wardrobe even has a fridge. There’s air conditioning, but if you don’t like it you can open the window and use the ceiling fan (the evening is wonderfully quiet, no noise, and sleeping with the windows open and a view of the distant sea feels like a dream).
