Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and updated, but the hallways and common areas could use some work.
The location was awesome, too - there's a great Save On store right nearby and some good restaurants.
The room was clean and comfy, which was great.

“Was ok, but not sure if I’d go back”
The hotel sits on a major road with plenty of nearby services, and the bed was comfortable. It looked more like a long‑term rental, though: garbage bins overflowed, a couple of cars with flat tires and missing wheels were parked on the property, and a thorough cleanup would really help.
“See above.”
We didn’t stay at the Coquihalla Motel. The host met us on site (I had tried to call but we missed it). Q Motel doesn’t offer nightly stays. The host gave us an excellent recommendation to another hotel in the Hope area where we ultimately stayed. The post on the booking site should have been clear that Q Motel is a weekly/monthly rental only.
“Convenient and inexpensive”
Colette is very friendly, and I couldn’t believe she ran the whole place herself. There were also fresh flowers in the room. It seems like people live here.
“Confused”
The price is way too high, the room looked like it was 12 years old, and the single bed made the other feel awkward. The sheets were Walmart‑grey, not white. The pillows and comforter had a strong, unpleasant odor. It felt shady. I covered a weird mirror in the kitchen just in case. No coffee was offered for $170.00; I expected a coffee machine. The front desk lady was lovely, but she could only work with what she had! Everything else was bad except the shower, which was decent.
“I couldn't stay because they canceled my reservation because they gad no vacancy”
They cancelled my reservation and told me that they had people living here full time. I wasn’t expecting my reservation.
