We booked a compact house that was spotless, cozy, and roomy enough for eight guests. The kitchen had a coffee machine, and I was thrilled by the lake view right outside the house. Nearby, there were basketball hoops and volleyball courts for sports. It would have been better if the grill was free, and I was hoping to rent a boat or pedal boat, but those options weren’t available.
