Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the attendant was great—friendly, polite and helpful, which might earn her the highest rating; the reception isn’t terrible either, just a bit unprepared, though the staff are kind‑hearted. The third‑floor elevator button sometimes fails, forcing us to use the stairs; we asked for a double bed but got two single beds pushed together, the rooms are narrow, the nightstand sits only on one side of the bed while the other side leans against the wall, there’s just one outlet used for the TV and fridge, so charging a phone is impossible, the TV is a 20‑inch screen that looks more like a computer monitor, sits about five metres from the bed and has poor sound, and the soap bars in the bathroom are half the size of those in any other hotel, smell like laundry detergent, so we always bring our own.
The location is great, and breakfast is delicious.
