The staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly—there were crumbs on the carpet. I had to say a word about the dish soap; only one tablet was assigned for the dishwasher for three days, and the dishes matched the count exactly, so I had to wash everything myself. The balcony was locked and we didn’t receive a key; we could only ventilate through a small vent, and the windows faced the street with heavy traffic. The room was sold as a superior but offered nothing extra.

The accommodation was nice and cozy, and the owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was absolutely fine; nothing surprised us pleasantly. The only downside was that you can’t pay extra for breakfast.

Communication was smooth, and the setting is right across from the cultural center; the rooms are spacious, and there’s a pub downstairs. We didn’t have breakfast, but according to a friend who did, it was a bit bland; maybe it could use a little enrichment.
