The hotel sits right in the heart of Kappl, so getting around was a breeze and the place was surprisingly quiet. Everything was spotless, from the sheets to the towels, and the beds felt really comfortable. Breakfast offered a good mix of fresh items and the coffee was solid, while the staff were friendly and quick to help with any request. We didn’t find a single thing we disliked and would gladly come back.

The host was pleasant and even did a mid‑stay tidy‑up, which we appreciated. The flat had two sofas, a well‑equipped kitchen and a nice shower, plus an abundance of towels. The only odd thing was that one of the “bedrooms” was actually set up in the living room, which felt a bit misleading for a two‑bedroom listing.

This place is spot‑on for a Kappl visit – just a short walk from the bus stop and the nearby ski lifts. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged, and the breakfast spread gave plenty of choices. The hostess was welcoming and there were several good restaurants within walking distance. Nothing really stood out as a downside.

The apartment felt cozy and was kept very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the landlady was exceptionally friendly. However, the two beds couldn’t be separated, and the duvets were a bit short for taller guests like us from the Netherlands. Overall, a pleasant stay despite those minor quirks.

Right in the village centre, the hotel offered renovated rooms that looked great and very clean, plus wonderfully comfortable beds. Parking was right outside the door, which made arrivals and departures easy. We didn’t encounter any problems at all.
