We had to switch to a handicap‑accessible room because the shower was too slippery, and they changed us without any problem.

We loved everything—room was clean and comfy, breakfast in the morning was tasty, the pool and hot tub were great. The only thing that would have pushed it to a perfect 10 was the squeaky floor on the 1st floor when people were walking up from the floor below.

The staff were fantastic and very welcoming, the pool area was lovely, and breakfast went beyond just waffles—it included omelets, a variety of breads, sausages, and more. Highly recommend.
