The food was top‑notch, but the room had a few annoying glitches: no light in the toilet, Wi‑Fi was spotty, the TV screen was cracked, and the door lock was damaged.

The menu was pretty limited, and the room felt dusty with barely any furniture. The corridor locks didn’t work, there was no kettle, tea or coffee, no hair dryer, no carpet, very few hangers, and the bathroom rail was oddly placed.

The environment was pretty nasty, making the stay uncomfortable.

Management was a mess—everything felt amateurish and the staff seemed to use nasty language. The booking process was also frustrating for no clear reason.

We had a great holiday overall, but the Deluxe suite’s kitchen was empty and uncomfortable, even though the location was perfect and breakfast was good. We enjoyed relaxing with family, yet there are still major improvements needed.
