An excellent choice for an overnight stay at AUS. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel bar was nice, and several restaurants were within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The location was fine, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the bedding was dirty and covered in hair. I called the front desk for clean bedding and help, but no one came. After about 30 minutes I called again, and after another 15 minutes with no assistance, I had to go downstairs myself to fetch clean bedding. I removed the dirty sheets and left them outside my room, and staff later picked them up from the hallway. I was only given replacement sheets—no comforter or duvet—so I slept with just the sheets after a 17‑hour journey. The lack of response to the cleanliness issue was unacceptable, and being charged afterward for something I didn’t take made the whole experience even worse. I would not stay here again.

The room was large and very clean, and the staff were super friendly, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. A big thank you to the shuttle driver; we didn’t use the shuttle, but he was very nice every time he saw us in the hallway. He was super helpful and kind. The only issue was a strange smell when you enter the building, but it was only at the entrance; the room and surrounding area smelled very good.
