“I wouldn't stay there again.”
The lobby was nicely decorated, the restaurant/bar on the lobby level offered good food and drinks, and the rooftop bar was tiny but gave an amazing view of the Empire State Building; the location is central to many attractions. The room felt claustrophobic—this is the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, with only 1–2 ft around the bed, an ironing board in a cramped closet that couldn’t be used, no drawer storage, and an unusable desk. I requested a late checkout for a Monday evening flight but was denied. Front desk staff were great on check‑in and check‑out days but rude otherwise. Noise on my floor was high because of loud parties of young women. For the price, the value simply wasn’t there.
