“Esperienza da dimenticare”
Nothing. I didn’t like anything at all. From the lack of personal contact with the manager—everything was handled via WhatsApp, even sending the room codes and breakfast instructions—through the vague description that breakfast was self‑service, meaning we had to set the table and search drawers for utensils without anyone showing us where to find them. That’s a problem, especially since I booked a room with served breakfast. The fridge had milk, yogurt, and some fruit, but no cereals, pastries, or fresh items—only packaged snacks. The room, like the whole property, was scorching hot and wasn’t cooled when we arrived, so we slept with the air‑con on all night. I asked for a regular hair dryer but received none; I had to settle for the wall‑mounted one until a kind guest from the next room lent me hers. The woman who answers the phone was also rude when we pointed out discrepancies with the description. Finally, it’s located in a village where there’s nothing to see.
