Close to San Gimignano, the view and pool are great. It's right on the road, so the cars drive insanely fast. There's no food, even though they call themselves an agriturismo.

The place was a real gem right in the middle of beautiful Tuscany! Our apartment at the Fattoria was lovely, with authentic décor, plenty of space, and great comfort. The buildings, grounds, groves, vineyards, orchards, and pool all looked stunning, and the views from the apartment were amazing. We only had to walk 12 minutes along a gorgeous road to reach San Gimignano and the Coop for shopping. Make sure to visit San Gimignano after the tour buses leave around 19:00. The only hiccup was that on the first night the hot water was out when we tried to shower late, but it was fixed by the next morning.

The staff were very helpful and the check‑in was quick and easy. The location is fantastic for exploring San Gimignano and nearby villages, and the facility is wonderful and very clean, with everything we needed. The view is magnificent. The downside is that the property sits beside a road and the passing traffic is quite loud in the bedroom.

The location is perfect for enjoying nature and being close to San Gimignano, with plenty of opportunities for day trips from here. It was great to try the house wine tasting, and we loved the beautiful surroundings, often sitting outside to eat or just relax by the pool. San Gimignano is a special town that you never quite finish experiencing, and we enjoyed the walking distance to it.
