The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. For a place that’s just meant for sleeping, as we used it, it was fine. The lodge offered nothing beyond good service and a clean room. The outdoor area, the bathrooms, and even the shower lacked basic fixtures like a soap holder. There was minimal décor or attention to detail, yet everything remained very clean.

The lodge’s connection to nature is one of its biggest strengths, offering a true pause for those used to city noise and constant stimulation. I recommend visiting off‑season when the city is quieter. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff are attentive, proactive, and welcoming, treating guests with great kindness. Some areas could use improvement: the sliding doors need maintenance for smoother opening and better locking, and the hot water system for the bathtub should be checked so the temperature stays warmer longer.
