The location was convenient and the staff were kind and helpful. The laundry was not working.

The location was convenient. Check‑in was awful; the manager couldn't find the reservation because the name hadn't been updated on the room. He also made negative remarks about using the facilities and tried to charge us again for the room, claiming it was due in March. Luckily we had proof with us. Security needs improvement because more than 20 cars were broken into the parking lot.

The staff were very polite, but the room was dirty and the towels didn’t look clean, and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
