The hotel looks freshly renovated, the food is solid, rooms are spacious, and the beach is quiet, but the entertainment falls flat—there’s nothing for kids to keep busy all day, the nightly shows are dull, and the beach transfer only starts at 10 am, which is frustrating.

The slide was a blast, and I’d love it to stay open longer; the resort’s proximity to the bazaar made walking a fun experience, but overall the facilities felt very basic.

A Very Pleasant Stay and Excellent Service This was my first time staying in this part of Turkey. I originally chose this hotel because my relatives had booked their stay here and I wanted to meet them. I was a little skeptical about travelling so far from Antalya, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. However, I had a very positive experience during my stay and was particularly impressed with the quality of the all-inclusive service at this hotel. I travel a lot, so the first impression and the welcome at a hotel are very important to me. One of the highlights of my stay was the reception experience, especially being welcomed by Selin. She was warm, friendly and professional and handled my check-in in a very organized way, following the standards I would expect from a hotel of this level. My room was also very good, with a pleasant side sea view. I was happy with the cleanliness, comfort and facilities. I would especially like to mention how much the hotel staff try to make guests feel comfortable. The restaurant service was excellent. I have an intolerance to dairy products, and the staff kindly provided almond milk for my coffee. The variety of food was impressive, and I could always find something suitable and tasty to eat. There were plenty of healthy and delicious options throughout the day. I also really enjoyed the beach. The entrance into the sea was comfortable and pleasant, with a flat surface of sand and small, smooth stones. The beach was clean, there were enough sun loungers, and everything was well maintained. I walked along the coast and saw the beaches of several other hotels, and I noticed that the cleanliness here was particularly good compared with some of the others. The spa and pool areas were also clean. The spa services themselves were quite good. My only small criticism is that there was sometimes a little too much attention from the spa staff, and not always at a convenient time for me

The hotel is stunning and well‑maintained; the beach always had free loungers and umbrellas, the water was clear with no weed, and a shuttle from the hotel to the beach takes only 3–5 minutes on foot. Every staff member was impeccable, and the animators kept us busy with contests, games, dancing, and even karaoke—though I prefer a quieter vacation, the team did a fantastic job. Lina, in particular, was amazing with the kids, who followed her like tails, and she also engaged adults. Food and bars were well organized, with 24‑hour service, including on the beach, and kids chased ice cream and desserts all day. Free WiFi on the beach was a bonus. The only downside was that the hotel Wi‑Fi sometimes dropped, requiring frequent re‑authentication, even though the speed and coverage were generally good—just a small area for improvement.
