The service was excellent, always ready to help us, give us tips on where to go, what to eat, and provide everything we asked for – iron, coffee on arrival. The breakfast was very good, but there could have been more egg options – they served boiled eggs every day – and other coffee types (like cappuccino). Those could be added.

The location is exceptional, with a beautiful view of the caldera and a comfortable, pleasant troglodyte room. A big thank you especially to the front desk person, who was charming, efficient, available, and truly eager to help throughout the stay. For a place of this level and over €500 a night, some details unfortunately don’t measure up. Breakfast was quite mediocre, and the poolside service was strictly minimal. The furniture and equipment in the common areas could also be higher quality. We mainly encountered a serious issue with the shower water temperature, which became extremely hot and burned my wife; this must be checked. Finally, on the departure day, when it was raining heavily, we were offered a day‑use until 5 pm for €250. Some rooms seemed available, and we would have appreciated a small covered space with two seats while waiting for our taxi. We ended up staying around the pool, but that area was poorly protected from the rain. At this price, we expected more flexibility and attention to detail.

The location was incredibly stunning! A seamless view in the middle of the caldera, in the heart of Oia but in our own calm. A boutique hotel on the sheltered edge of the caldera, kept by a kind family. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got tips for various restaurants right away and they assisted with reservations when needed. The location was perfect whether you wanted the hustle of the city streets or somewhere else, you just had to climb the stairs. On the other hand, you could spend the whole day on your own terrace and pool area reading a book in silence. Breakfasts were wonderful, tasty, and always served on the terrace. The bakery treats of the day were mouth‑watering and we always looked forward to them. The room was spacious, included a fridge and air conditioning. Daily housekeeping was flawless. The hotel was well maintained and very clean everywhere. We spent a week at the hotel. The right place if you also want peace and quiet in the middle of everything. A short walk away in Oia there is a beach, so the hotel pool cooled us nicely. The hotel is sheltered from the wind, which we didn’t even feel during our stay. We also communicated with the staff in advance and always got quick answers. The only downside is that we cannot recommend the hotel to people with mobility issues because of the stairs leading up to the hotel. Of course, Oia itself cannot be recommended for those with mobility challenges without reservations.

The location is magnificent, the view is stunning, and the staff are extremely friendly! The room is clean and very beautiful, but the main advantage of this place is the view from the terrace every morning; highly recommended! The only downside was the large number of steps.
