The hotel and room feel old and shabby; I can’t understand how an obsolete property gets a 4‑star rating, and I couldn’t even get a dental kit from the front desk.

The hotel is good, close to the city center, rooms are clean, breakfasts are good.

The hotel sits in a great spot for exploring Podgorica, just a 10‑15 minute walk from the bus station and about a 15‑20 minute taxi ride from the airport (I only took the bus). The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff at reception and at breakfast were great and helpful, and the breakfast itself was fantastic with options for everyone—I’d definitely stay again.

The location is central, breakfast is varied, the room is spacious, and there’s underground parking available.

When we opened our room it was tidy and clean, but we discovered there was no cold water, so we couldn't flush the toilet. The front desk knew about the water shut‑off and the whole block was closed; they could have mentioned it at check‑in. The city centre turned out to be further away than we had expected – apparently it’s measured “hemelsbreed”. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was fine. The distance to the centre and the lack of communication about the water closure were disappointing, and although the hotel had a parking garage, we had to park on the opposite side.
