The bed was huge, the spot was convenient, and there were plenty of food options. A self‑service laundry was available and cheaper than off‑site shops. On the second floor there was a self‑serve bar with coffee, Xiao Mei ice cream, and cookies—overall a very comfortable environment. The sound insulation was a bit lacking; on the 11th floor I could hear the motorbike starting in the alley below 😳, and sometimes the tap in other rooms made noise.

The lobby was spacious and bright, and the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were well equipped, even offering paid massage services. The self‑serve bar had coffee and cookies; anyone needing laundry should definitely choose this place. The basement has 24‑hour wash‑dry, the front desk sells detergent, and the room comes with a laundry bag to take down for washing—most other places restrict the time. The mattress was just right, not too firm, which is great for those who dislike soft beds. Nearby, there are night‑time eateries, a supermarket, and a short walk to No. 1 Street. The only downside was the bathroom floor—more slip‑resistant design would help; even with rugs and slippers I felt a bit unsafe. The noise issue could be mitigated if everyone kept the volume down in rooms and corridors, so it’s more about guest etiquette than the property itself.
