The pool area, breakfast and cocktails are great, and the staff are very attentive. The bathroom has no curtain, which caused a lot of water to spill outside the bathroom area.

I was disappointed because the room had no hot water, no window, and no television, even though the listing promised hot water and a TV so we could watch the World Cup. The manager’s arrogant and uncaring attitude after we pointed out the discrepancy was the worst part. We left and booked a different hotel in Granada.
