“Nice experience to stay.”
The spot’s great, with plenty of spots for dinner or breakfast just around the corner. The room was spotless, and the manager Liz was super helpful and kind.

This old hotel is pretty nice and right next to Algonquin. It’s basic but that’s fine. The check‑in folks were super friendly, and there was plenty of hot water and fresh linens. Coffee machines on every floor serve great coffee with fresh milk all day. The back‑stairs servants were a cute, old‑school touch. The room was a bit small, but that didn’t ruin the stay.

The room was clean and the owner was friendly. They promised breakfast, but it wasn’t there, so we had to eat somewhere else. The room was very small, barely enough space for our suitcase, and there was only one chair.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice, and the restaurant was good. There was no breakfast, but there were plenty of options nearby.

There was warm water, bath towels, coffee, and tea. The entrance was not welcoming at all – it was dirty, dark, and the rugs were mostly black. That’s not what you expect from a hotel. The steep stairs are not suitable for older people. The room was okay, small, with no desserts or coffee table. Luckily we only booked one night, and I wouldn’t stay there again. I can’t understand the high rating, but that’s my feeling and the worst “hotel” on our Canada trip.
