“Excellent value for money”

We arrived and found the place spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the continental breakfast was lovely. Getting in was a bit of a mess—no one was home, we rang the owner and left a message, then had to wait 30 minutes before being told we'd be contacted within 45 minutes. Eventually the owner texted us to contact her husband, who was friendly but gave us the wrong key number; he apologized, but it wasn’t the best start. Once we got in, everything was fine. The only suggestion is to add blinds to the kitchenette window for a bit more privacy.

Everything was exactly what I needed and expected for my second stay. The only thing that could be improved is the table lamp.

The bathroom was good, but the kitchen lacked bowls and other basics. It worked for one night, but no one was there when I arrived after a long trip. A neighbor walking his dog called the owner and got the key for me. The room is nice but the tile floor is cold; a rug would help.

“Lovely hosts in a great location, just unfortunate circumstances/timing of un wellness for us. Can happen on holiday”

The location is great. The host visited in the evening, was very accommodating, and offered a continental breakfast with strawberries, but I was too ill to eat them that morning—nothing to do with Daria. The mattress felt a bit uncomfortable, likely because I wasn’t feeling well.
