“Great getaway for couples”
Everything is walkable—restaurants, coffee shops, and bathhouse row nearby. Breakfast topped the list, and the host offered great rainy‑day suggestions and local tips. No issues.

Period style Victorian home. Proprietors are lovely and the breakfast delicious! Very clean. We are okay with walking to town, lovely walk, but 3/4 of a mile

Gables is a historic building packed with local and international memorabilia, with every inch of wall used decoratively. It’s been modernized tastefully, fitting all comforts into the space. Breakfast was very good, and the staff provided useful info, including a recommendation for Steinhaus Keller (closed Mondays) at 801 Central Ave. The cellar is worth a visit for German beer, wine, food, and other international options just a short walk away. No complaints.

The old house was well kept, and the host was pleasant. Everything matched the description.

The spot is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—and the room was comfy and kept in good shape. The coffee fell short, but the breakfast more than compensated for that.
