It’s not a hotel, but a private two‑room complex that’s pleasant, with an excellent location, a very spacious and comfortable room, a great bed, and clean bathrooms and showers; the only suggestion is that the large space could use a sofa or two armchairs and a small lounge table, and it’s hard to watch TV from 8‑10 meters away.

The location was top (in a cul‑de‑sac perpendicular to the main street of Lamai) but there were no bars or nightclubs nearby that could cause disturbances, and the lodging matched the photos.

The location was strategic in the center of Lamai, convenient for everything. The beach is 300 m away. The quality‑price ratio is excellent. Everything was perfect.

The location in the Lamai area is convenient, everything needed is nearby. The beach is a 5‑minute walk. The atmosphere is secluded and fairly quiet despite the busy street. The bed was clean, the towels smelled nice. The owner was pleasant and we didn’t have to contact him personally. The downside was that insects and lizards kept entering the room. Cleaning was only every 5 days, which I would prefer more often. There were no disposable items (slippers), and I would like more frequent room cleaning, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Some items need updating.

The location was excellent, the room was spotless and cleaning arrived on time. The recent renovation looked great and everything needed was present. We were very satisfied and the price‑to‑quality ratio was superb.
