I was looking for a quiet hotel where I could get a good night's sleep and this place definitely delivered on that. Even though my room was on the ground floor and facing the street, it was pretty quiet. It wasn't fully soundproof because I could still hear sounds coming from the corridor, but that didn't bother me. The receptionist was pretty friendly. The room was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. It even had moisturiser in the bathroom, which is rare for a three-star hotel. One criticism I have is that the room didn't have much storage. It only had a few hangers. So if you were staying more than two nights or staying with someone, it wouldn't have been very practical. Also, to use the WIFI, you had to register with the hotel's membership club by giving your phone number, e-mail address and so on, which I find extremely annoying. Another issue is the location. It's a bit far away from the centre. West Kensington tube station was closed while I was there so I had to use Barons Court station, which is much further away
