The hotel sits in a great spot, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the beds were really hard, the bathroom had no extractor and the room filled with dampness.
“Terrible experiencia.”
The staff were attentive and eager to help, and the pool works well for kids, but I was charged in advance for full occupancy, the elevator’s card reader was broken, the room smelled damp, was tiny, had terribly uncomfortable beds, a noisy air‑conditioner, a dryer that smelled burnt, a TV that only broadcast in English with just a few Spanish channels and no Smart TV, a faulty lock that was a nightmare to open, barely any soap, shampoo or drinking water, rock‑hard mattresses and pillows, outdated facilities, a terrible breakfast, old and neglected towels, no closet or safe, and I was billed almost 3 000 pesos per night for a place that felt more like a rundown motel. Having stayed in dozens of hotels in and out of Mexico, this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced and it ruined the end of my family vacation.
“El registro fue rápido. La habitación cumple con lo básico para una estancia cómoda. El desayuno es”
Breakfast offered a range of choices and everything was good; the room was clean. The basement parking is closed for car and guest safety. The pool has some damage that hurts feet and there are no tables in the pool’s social area.
Breakfast was included, the rooms were very comfortable and the beds were good.
The staff were kind and the place was clean; I only wish there had been a bit more variety at breakfast. That’s the only comment, everything else was very pleasant with excellent service and treatment. I requested a sea‑view room and they honored my request, which I appreciated. Thank you very much!
