Getting there was easy from the nearest stop, Bab‑ı Ali (Mahbes), but the hotel is directly opposite the bus stop, so you have to cross the street right in front of the hotel to board the bus, and the same crossing is needed when you return from Kabeden. The other hotels on the opposite side of the street are much more convenient. Even though we arrived early, the front desk allowed us to check in early. We constantly had to ask for basic supplies: we asked for water 5‑6 times and received 330 ml bottles; separate requests were needed for tea, coffee, and glasses. After tipping the staff, they began bringing water in bulk just to get more tips, but our requests were eventually met. We stayed 11 nights and the room was never cleaned. It was incredibly damp; we tried to wash and dry our clothes ourselves, but nothing dried.
