The service was exceptional, the room stayed clean and quiet, the spa bath was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was wrong at all.

The shuttle from the airport was a plus. However, the carpet was wet and the TV wasn’t working. I had to change rooms on the same floor, but the carpet was still wet in that room because that floor was being shampooed. There was no restaurant in the hotel, only one next door.

Housekeeping services were not friendly, and I didn’t like that cleaning charges were collected.

The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, and the sink would fill with the water you ran. Those faulty items were listed above.
