Nothing to say. No air conditioning, minimal hot water, a bad smell, missing towels, and the staff were not helpful.

The hotel’s in a good area; it was my first solo drive in Charlotte, and I was close to a lot of great spots. The staff were friendly all weekend, and I even left a backpack there, which they kept safe. However, when I checked in I could see the names and room numbers of previous guests—definitely unsafe for women. The cold water didn’t work the first two nights; by the time we noticed it was too late to change rooms. On the last night, one blanket had mold on it; I’m not sure if I missed it earlier or it developed during the stay, but it was gross. Upstairs sounded like a basketball court, and a neighbor complained, but nothing was done.

The spot is great, but the rooms feel old and dirty.

The comfort it offers is amazing.
