This is the best seaside spot we’ve ever visited. The transfer is convenient, and the staff helps resolve any issues via chat. There’s a free minibar and daily room cleaning. The room offers a beautiful sea view. The grounds are very green and clean. Thoughtful routes with toilets, umbrellas, food, and towels. Many pools and a direct beach access from the hotel – very convenient and safe. If you’re traveling with kids, this hotel is 10/10, and adults who value comfort and peace will appreciate the quiet after 22:00. The hotel has many restaurants for every taste: traditional Chinese, European cuisine. The staff, with translators or speaking Russian/English, are very focused on the quality of your stay, so you feel comfortable and safe. The beach is clean and has lounge areas under live trees that provide shade, and there’s enough space for everyone. During the day, free family events such as braiding, trainer performances, clowns, fire shows, acrobats, etc., keep you entertained. I recommend the hotel add dryers in rooms or common areas because the humid climate makes it hard to dry clothes during rain (no problem when it’s sunny). The police on the beach are overly strict, ejecting people from the sea even when there are no waves. A major issue is that the sea is designated for water transport, with small swimming zones, unlike the rest of the world where water transport is moved away from people. Yet these difficulties don’t stop you from enjoying the hotel.
