How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is great, the bed comfortable, very quiet and safe, and being on a high floor the lift was a big plus. The downside was that the towel smelled like smoke and the air‑conditioner stopped working on the last day; we didn’t get a chance to inform the owners before we left.

The location of the tesis was really good, and the owner was a sweet lady who let us keep our luggage. I think the building was old, and I wasn’t very happy with the hygiene, but I’m particular, so maybe it could be clean for some people.

The bathroom was dirty, the sheets were filthy with urine or sperm, the bathtub was dirty and moldy on the tiles, there was kitchen access but no cooking facilities. Breakfast was just a snack, a croissant and coffee, even though the reservation included breakfast. The local tax was very high, 50€ for three nights. I was told about the small breakfast a day before arrival, so I couldn’t cancel.
