The staff were friendly enough to let us check in two hours early, and the breakfast was good and varied.

The hotel’s location was convenient and the room spacious, but the staff were not very helpful, the breakfast lacked variety, the pool could only be used on request for a maximum of 30 minutes (including cabin time) and was charged beyond that, and it wasn’t very clean.

I paid the price listed on Booking, but they added extra charges on top; when I pointed this out, they told me to cancel on Booking and the staff at the front desk were rude.

The cleaning was good and the boy who worked the morning shift was friendly. However, despite booking and paying for a suite, we were given a basic room; after we mentioned it, they switched us to a different room, but the air conditioning in the suite didn’t work and we were sweltering, so we stayed in the basic room. The night‑shift staff didn’t speak English at all.
