Luigi was a very attentive host, gladly giving tips for sights and restaurants and patiently explaining how to get there. The rooms were very large and well equipped. The location is very good – a few minutes on foot to the Centro Storico or the Duomo metro stop. We’ll definitely come back!

The location is perfect. Luigi takes care of his guests superbly! Thank you. Naples becomes an unforgettable experience because of it. Breakfast mainly offered sweets, such as croissants and bread with jam. For three days it was okay, but we would have liked more variety.
The location, the décor, and the layout are tasteful, the owner was very attentive, and the local breakfast was great. Nothing to report.

The welcome was warm, the room very clean, and the breakfast varied and exceptional. The windows are very modern and reduce noise. The location is ideal.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting the center and getting to the train station to Pompei, just a 10‑minute walk, and the staff were friendly, explaining the sites to visit and the breakfast included specialties. We had booked a quadruple room for more space and two large beds because we were three adults, but upon arrival we had to accept a triple room with a squeaky extra bed for my son due to a hotel error. The compensation options were complicated – cancel the current booking and make a new one, even though we had been charged for several days. We settled for compensation that was not commensurate with the inconvenience to avoid ruining our stay. Also, breakfast was not available before 08:30, which is late. In the end, we were disappointed.
