The price and location were good, but I found cooking grease in a cup in the cupboard, as if it had been drained from a pan, and fingernails everywhere on the bed. The pool was closed for maintenance with no warning before booking, and the noise from other guests moving furniture all day and late at night was annoying. I’ll make sure to book a higher floor and double‑check the pool and cleanliness of dishes and bedding before my next stay.

Everything about Residence Inn and the Marriott brand was spot on, and the staff were exceptionally nice, especially Apollo at the front desk.

I initially had high hopes for my stay, thanks to the room's pleasant appearance and the excellent kitchenette and amenities. However, things took a turn for the worse when the TV stopped working properly on the second day. To make matters worse, the staff seemed either clueless or trying to take advantage of me by enforcing a confusing rule related to third-party bookings, which I found quite frustrating.
