“Excellent and memorable stay”
The charges were reasonable, service was prompt, staff were polite, and rooms were clean, but the dinner was disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Parkland. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. nothing

The hotel manager was terrible and the location is awful; parking is poor, the front desk charged an extra 500 for AC, the bathroom had a water supply failure, the lights were problematic, and the food and breakfast were overpriced with bad taste. I even had to order from Zomato at night, which made my stay at Mathura miserable, so I would not book here again. The room was awful, laundry was bad, the water bottle was leaking, AC didn’t work, staff were bad, the manager didn’t support anyone, and all staff were fraud.
